Feeling a lil better
Though I’m tired as heck from a lack of sleep, I’m feeling quite a bit better today. Hopefully, this will continue and I’ll get a jump on my emotions, before things move on into Winter and it becomes all the more difficult to stay afloat. On the downside my depression has also left me with a reduced immune system and a cold as a result. I’m attempting to knock out both the cold and some of my depression with a combo of vitamins and herbs.
You’re not alone! I’ve been feeling down too. Here’s hoping we both get out of the house. Air works. Kwa heri
