     Walk 2 miles – 24 minutes

Sunday: 68 minutes
     Walk 3 miles – 36 minutes
     Cardio Kick w/Violet  – 25 minutes
     Abs w/Violet – 7 minutes

Monday: 56 minutes
     Walk 3 miles – 36 minutes
     Tae Bo Express, workouts – 20 minutes

Tuesday: 75 minutes
     Shapely Girl Step – 41 minutes
     Walk 2 miles – 24 minutes
     Stability Ball Abs – 10 minutes

Wednesday: 86 minutes
     Walk 3 miles – 36 minutes
     Cardio Sculpt – 50 minutes

Thursday: 72 minutes
     Shapely Girl Step – 41 minutes
     Walk 2 miles – 24 minutes
     Abs w/Violet – 7 minutes

Friday: 79 minutes
     Walk 2 miles – 24 minutes
     Weight Loss Boot Camp – 55 minutes

Week total minutes: 501

This might end up being more than I can manage right now, if so I will adjust it. I also will throw in a Wii boxing/step workout I made, when I feel like it/have time simply because I really enjoy it.
