Day of Silence+Human Alliance

Mom and I went dress shopping today. Apparently I’m a size bigger than I was yesterday. Huh… It wasn’t the most pleasant experience, but I tried to stay positive regardless. Mom and I got in an argument on the way home over hair. I’d love to just brush my hair and look like ME, but she said that it’s prom so I HAVE to do something ‘nice’ to my hair. First of all, who the HELL decided that?! Secondly, since when is my hair not nice normal? I said that and she said that my hair’s a frizzy mess and going to prom means looking pretty. Gee, thanks, I thought that moms were the ones required to lie to their daughters and tell them that they’re pretty. Whatever.

On a happy note, I was thinking about my Human Alliance idea and Day of Silence (April 19th, guys! Save the date!) and decided to paint my hand with face paint and make-up. Then I took a bunch of interesting pictures. And I really liked them. I’m gonna try to post the pictures here, but I can’t quite remember how I did it before…

By the way, Ara, I will be accepting of you no matter what. I don’t care if you decide that you are only attracted to cats (though THAT might make me a bit uncomfortable…), so long as your happy. I will NOT be a parent who rejects the preferences, opinions, and ideas of my child. I wouldn’t be ale to stand MYSELF.
