So my anxiety has been pretty bad. It obviously increased last year then got a little better around January and February of this year. Then by June it started up again. The last couple of weeks it has been practically every single day. Obviously if I get upset it will trigger but sometimes I can just be sitting and it just creeps up. Obviously if my medication is helping shouldn’t my attacks be less frequent?
I’d like to know what’s causing the increase. They are really getting on my nerves.
