Dear Nana,

You fostered a tiny spark in me that opened up a whole other universe to me. You saw beyond your youngest daughter’s “mistake”.. and saw a potential in me that no one else saw…. not even Granddad saw it. You had (and you earned your angel wings) the sweetest disposition. You never got angry with me. You helped me out of a sticky situation more than once.
