315. When it comes to literature, do you see beyond the writing and into the meaning intended by the author? depends on the work, poetry I try and get the meaning in how I see it, I never try and see what the author was trying to mean, its too much thought and not enough feeling with poetry.

Outside the context of the song I can not say, if it was refering to how a person behaved in the relationship at the begining then let their real person through, I agree with it, you should always be yourself. If it means that you should always have been the way you were and it was the real person, but the real person grew and changed, well that cant happen, change is always around us, we grow and change constantly.

348. Are human beings becoming more domesticated? you cant domesticate humans, we are intelligent creatures. You domesticate a dog or a cat, or a wild animal.

The most taboo behaviors have to do with reminding the people around you that you are in touch with your animal side (taboos like sex, anger, violence, shouting, bodily functions all make people uncomfortable). Why are people so afraid of the fact that we are animals, with animal needs and animal instincts? I wouldnt really say anger, violence and shouting are taboo, and animalistic. Animals fight to protect young, they are violent only for food and survival. Humans have emotions, such as anger that makes us behave the way we do, not instincts. Instincts are what we do to survive, eat when we are hungry, sleep when we are tired etc, and those things are not taboo.
350. Why do people feel the need to control and dominate everything natural, including the most natural parts of our own selves? Fear of not being in control of themselves or their own lives.
