fatty tumor puppy

my girlfriend’s dog has developed these tumors, which look like a pair of testicles, which on a female doesn’t look well. Anyhow, this dog has had every manner of illness since I’ve been seeing her. The poor thing, it smells like it’s rotting from the inside. Poor dog. Then it sits in front of you with it’s big eyes. I remember when her father had dug a hole before the ground got too hard in case it died during last winter. It’s still alive, i just wonder how it survives, small black furry fatty tumor puppy.
