Sunday morning 10.25.09 EDIT

Tag, your it.

 Ok, this morning began at 7:10am, not because that is when I woke up after a morning feeding, but the time that little Joe slept until from his initial sleep at 8pm. He was up for 15 minutes at 4:15am for a diaper change and a bottle but he went down without even a protest after the fresh diaper went on.

11 hours. I woke up feeling refreshed. Now don’t get me wrong, I am still achey from yesterday’s run with Brian. It just goes to show that I am not in the shape I need to be.

It is roughly 3 months before my birthday and I’d really like to be in a better space physically than years prior. I have all the tools at my disposal and know what to do. I need to stop yapping about it and start doing it.

So here’s to focus and making things right.

Oh yeah and without further ado….

Let’s Go Yankees tonight!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  1 game to go!

At 1:48pm litle Joe will be 6 months old. Amazing how things have come along so far….
