Illinois

So it’s been forever since I’ve written. Basically, there is some serious drama happening at my work and I haven’t had a shift in THREE WEEKS. I’m really fucked financially. Really fucked. I’ve been depressed and haven’t felt like writing. Sorry. :/

So my trip to Illinois was AMAZING! I absolutely LOVE Teale and the trip was so much fun. I will be posting pictures shortly. First off, I am jealous of the amount of stores there are in the US. I am especially jealous of Hobby Lobby, Lane Bryant, Torrid, and Culvers. I want to MOVE! I am not jealous of the amount of food places there are down there. I swear I must have gained like 20 lbs on that trip, because I kept having to try out these new foods. I even tried biscuits and gravy, which we totally don’t have in Canada. I don’t quite know what I thought of it – it was tasty and I almost ate the entire thing, but it was weird and different at the same time. Nichole and I had a blast driving down and even drove STRAIGHT back the whole 13 hours. We flashed some truckers and random men in cars. We counted road kill [128 from Illinois to the boarder, the majority being in Michigan]. We sang really loud. It was a blast. I can’t wait to do it again… but first, Teale must come to Canada. 🙂

Not much is happening. I’m bored with life at this moment because I’m not working or going to school right now. It sucks and I’m so broke.

One of my teeth is loose. I go to the dentist tomorrow. I am NOT impressed.

My apartment STILL smells like cat piss. I need to get it professionally cleaned and I don’t have the money right now.

My rich grandparents sent me $500. I want to know where the other $500 is. Yeah, I’m an ungrateful bitch.

Shannon is really growing on me. I wish I could just get past this hair nonsense. It is so weird though… and it’s like, I’m attracted to him with the hat on, but not attracted to him with the hate off… but he’s definately the GREATEST boyfriend I’ve ever had, so I should just suck it up… right? He *is* growing on me…

Other than that, things are okay. Nothing to really complain about other than my hours at work.

I need to clean my apartment, finish my laundry, and go tanning.

I’ll try to write more often… hopefully something exciting happens in my life… it’s almost like I enjoy the chaotic, unstable parts of life because when things are stable – I feel bored.
