Update

I haven’t written in forever. Life is alright, I guess. Some major changes have happened in the last little while. Basically after I got back from Illinois I was expecting a lot of hours at work [to make up for the horrendous amount of money spent on shopping while I was down there]… but no, not one shift. In fact, I still haven’t been called in for a shift. That’s right, after two years of steady employment: nothing. I asked my boss if anything was up and he said no, however my director was like “we need the best people on the floor… you think about that” – real professional eh? Like honestly, if I’ve done something wrong tell me what the hell it is so I can do something about it… anyway, after 3 weeks of laying around doing nothing I decided to get a new job… and I did, in my field. I am now a community programmer for a big city-funded health centre. It’s only a summer contract [8 weeks] but there are jobs after apparently, so I’m really excited. It’s nice to have a Monday-Thursday 10-6, type of job.

Sarah’s baby shower is this weekend. The one I’m planning. I haven’t heard much of her since her and Mike got back together. Her phone is suspended and she never calls me – or she does and we make plans and then I never hear from her. Whatever.

Amy’s wedding was last weekend. I was a bridesmaid. Went well, although she was super bitchy and nobody was informed about what was going on… oh well though. It’s over.

So yeah, life is super busy. Like, super super busy.
