NoJoMo #2

So I managed to sleep anyway because it’s 11am and I just woke up… daylight savings time though, so normally it would be noon.

I’ve decided I need a new living room set. Mine just looks worn out. I tried buying covers for them, and it actually looked okay until you sat on the furniture and then it looked like you had just thrown a sheet on top on them… for $100 I would have kept the set, but it was $300. I’d rather put the $300 towards a new couch and chair set. We found one we liked while we were table shopping yesterday, but I’m gonna wait until we get into the new place and see what we need.

28 days until we move.

I haven’t started packing at all. Shannon’s birthday is on Tuesday [I got him two xbox games… Far Cry 2 and Fable 2] and he wants to have a party here on the weekend. Sooo I figured I won’t start packing until after the party.

I did, however, buy some boxes yesterday. And some mattress covers. I need to protect my bed… I’m pretty sure that’s where I spend most of my time.

I’m totally procrastinating right now. I have a media assignment I need to be working on. It’s not due for a week or two, but I need to get it done now while I have the time.
