Massive Eating/Massive Pooping.
Three hours ago, I finished a large plate of chili and rice. I was stuffed, I was full, it was delicious, but I was done.
I just finished my nightly bowl of cottage cheese. I always have cottage cheese before I GOTO bed to ensure there’s a supply of protein in my system while I sleep. I get stronger while I’m unconscious. I finished the bowl and realized, “…I want more cottage cheese.” It’s so strange, I eat this stuff every night, somethings force-feeding myself. I find it amazing that the more I eat, the more I can eat. Hurrah for my fifth meal of the day! Maybe soon I can try implementing six meals a day, though beats me what the hell I’d eat.
Breakfast is covered, milk with a bit of whey to get some quick protein in me, and usually all-bran. Hey, if you eat a lot, you better get some fiber in you to keep you regular! I’ve gotten sick of oatmeal, though it will undoubtedly find its way into my rotation again. If it’s a workout day, I’ll eat half a protein smoothie before, then the other half after (then eat lunch). Meals #2 and #3 through the week will be leftover chicken salad sandwiches, and leftover chili & rice. Hey, I’m a simple person. Plus, it’s cheaper to use leftovers. Meal #4 will be “dinner”, whatever my parents are making. And meal #5 is cottage cheese.
I think I could put another meal between #1 and #2. Nothing big, just a little something. If I got up and ate at 7, I could eat oatmeal at 9, then eat at 11, 2, 5/6, and 9 PM. Gotta plan your meals. *shovels cottage cheese into his mouth* Hey, how else do you think there’s now 15% more Timmy? Eating 3000 calories is hard, I can’t fathom how people eat 4K or 5K, let alone 10K.
I’ve had two massive poops today. I suspect I’ll have a third right before I GOTO bed. If not, it’ll be a nice way to start the day. : D
Food for thought: If you don’t poop one day, all the food you ate the day before IS STILL IN YOU.
I need more veggies in me. I need to find a way to eat them mid-day. *rubs stubble* My metabolism must be through the roof by now. My metabolism was always good, but now that I’m eating (and being buff), goddamn. I still find it hard to believe I’ve gained twenty pounds. It feels like nothing. What was I afraid of, anyway? Afraid of being big? How silly. I’d be so lucky to gain any physical stature, anyway, given my frame. I’ll be the guy that looks the same with his shirt on, but you’d never know he could kick your ass.

Sadly it’s all too easy to eat 4-5K calories of food. I don’t know how people who only eat 15-20k ever feel full. Future project, I’ve enough on my plate (LOL pardon the lame pun) right now to keep me busy. 🙂 Rose

Cut veggies travel well. I found a recipe for you: LiteCakes (protein pancakes) 4 egg whites 1/2 cup oats tbsp of CC (cottage cheese) tsp of cinnamon optional: 1/2 banana, walnuts, or cocoa instead of cinnamon if you want choc pancakes Whip it all up in a blender (put your egg whites in first!) Make pancakes like normal. eat w/sf syrup or eat cold for snacks.

Maybe try putting soem snacks in there. like in the middle of each meal. like an apple between meal 1 and 2, then another kinda snack, like a special K bar or something between 2 and 3. then something else between 3 aND 4

veggies: chopped up in you chicken salad, on your sandwich, in the chili (good place for leafy greens), sliced and carried. Salsa added to cottage cheese is good, eaten on celery or stuffed into a red pepper. Soup is a great place to squeeze them in. I have a good recipe if you need it.

all bran was part of the curves diet. i love it. all of the rest of the women said it was horrible. i could use some all bran right now
