Cardio for 5-13-9

Two mile jog. Again focused on jogging as slowly as possible. Went okay, except for the last stretch where I felt a cramp in my diaphragm. Or somewhere in there. It hurt more and more as I continued, but I was so close to reaching my two mile marker. So I just endured through it. If I can repeat another two mile jog, I’ll try for 2.5 miles. Getting closer to 3.

My final final is tonight. I feel okay. With no classes or any reason to leave the house except for work, I’ll need to keep tabs on myself and make sure I don’t shut down. I’ve always made Thursdays about doing my studying so I don’t have anything to do the following week. I’m not sure what I’ll do tomorrow. Probably something with the girl.

I hope I can contact Cliff sometime soon. Maybe drag him to see Star Trek with me, if he hasn’t seen it. Seeing it with Erik, Liz, and Trent last night was worth it. I wouldn’t mind seeing it a third time.

I am taking glucosamine. Had knee surgery years ago from sports injuries. I’m fvcked in the knees, that’s all. I am so serious that you should bring your girlfriend to our game night. Another ODer is coming too. However, it is a 2 hr drive.

ryn: I know but I love to run. And it’s the best way to lose weight. I also use the elliptical. Today is my second Stage 1 day A workout. can’t wait!
