the three game decider: 2
The second game against Cock had a satisfying beginning. The half open classical game was set up to be highly complicated, which was exactly where I is was going for after having lost the first game. The game remained interesting and complicated all the way through. He put an outpost on 24, which I tried to isolate. In the end he got a slightly better position, but it wasn’t enough for him to win. Next week I’ll have to win; a tied game will be as bad as losing.
Yesterday I went to Tarzan with my mother. I really liked it a lot, and if it weren’t for the high costs I would go many times more. The seats at the back were perfect to get a good overview of everything what was happening on the podium and especially in the air. The downside of sitting at the back was of course that it was more difficult to see the actors in more detail. At the end of the show Tarzan sweeps Jane of her feet and flies over the crowd in the directing where we are sitting. At this point we can see both the actor from close up, for a couple of seconds anyway, and it becomes clear that we were not watching an understudy. It was Chantal Janzen, just as we hoped for.
