It’s a Wednesday: Part 2

Decided just to do a part 2 instead of an edit.

Let’s see…The meeting went so-so.
I have to go on some days…Plus we’re going to have some days be like half-days…In which I’ll have to go and pick him up. He’ll be missing gym class, which I guess he’s not been listening in either.
He’s too old to go back into pre-school. There is some age limit thing. Can’t be older than 4 by Dec. *shrugs*
But it’s something like…I got two or three days a week…He comes home early a couple days a week. No real set schedule. Just whatever, whenever I guess. Blah. But at least he’ll be back in school…And I won’t have to be there everyday all day.
As long as Mum’s Jeep is done, which it’s suppose to be, we’ll be going back on Monday. Just so happens he’s got a fieldtrip that day…So I’ll be going on that. [Sonja’s got a fieldtrip the following week, to the same place, which we are trying to figure out how I can go on it. I’ve missed a lot of field trips this year.]

Mum was laughing at me today. As I took notice of Mr. G (The guy that was the student teacher for Sonja’s class the first half of the year. Sonja says he’ll be subbing for their class next Thursday.) He’s growing a beard now. We looked back down the hall once, and he was glancing back to where we were standing. Mum made some remark about him missing me too, or something. I turned bright red.

I started on some odd sporadic cleaning spree thing. Day before yesterday, I think that’s when it was, I cleaned out the drawers on my futon, reorganized the books on the little shelf, my desk, and the drawers. Cleaned up one area by the kitchen and living room a bit.
Today I started the evil bathroom! *shudders* It still needs lots of work. I was quite unhappy at one point, as I found a box of books that had been stored in there. When the water was shut off to the sink, [Which should of never been done] it leaked out along the floor. The bottom of the box got soaked…The books inside got soaked…Got ruined…Most of them. I think 4 survived.
I was devastated at the time I seen it, as some of the books I’d had since elementary school and middle school. I’d gotten them through book orders. I was sure I wouldn’t be able to find them again.
I was happy to find that I could indeed find all of the ones that were ruined, plus some other that went with them that I hadn’t had before. So…My wish list has grown quite a bit.
Mum had a good paycheck, with lots of overtime…So she said I could get some of them. I picked out four of them, and a movie I was wanting to see.
