NoJoMo – 24 Mr. Murphy
I got to work just before 7:30 this morning, dreading the day ahead. By 9, though, I’d settled in and felt the steady flow of my normal day. The panic gave way to routine.
I was ready to leave work today at 5pm, an hour later than usual—but hey, I still have some catching up to do. Then, Tom was having some trouble with his computer. His monitor wouldn’t turn on. I casual mentioned restarting the system…thinking it’d fix the problem and I’d be on my way. Nope.
I left work tonight at 9:30. Grant had to come replace the power supply on Tom’s computer.
Apparently the transformer that blew last week damaged it, and today, the power supply decided to die.
It’s now 10:45. I’m dead tired. And I had too much to do before this happened. Fruck.
