ss The coast in August 3
On August 12, we took our rented Dodge Caliber to the coast, to somewhere I had never been before (one thing I like about Oregon is that even after 20 years of living here, there are new things to see).
In previous slideshows, we walked down onto the beach from the parking area and out to Hug Point. Let’s go around the point and see what’s on the other side, shall we?
Ya know, as I look through these pictures to make the slideshows, I have to think that my summer was pretty good.
One single picture:

I had a good summer, and the fall and winter are looking pretty ok too.
How about you?

your slide show is terrific. stunning scenery, truly. ryn: i do like being a generalist, and on most days, i appreciate it. i dot lament the fact that specialists seem to be honored in our society. more $, more recognition, etc. so discouraging and unfair! i’m not in a good mood about it. i suppose there are worse problems though. 🙂

Summer was good. Fall was fluid. Winter remains to be seen. The vertical picture looking out onto the water with one person standing to the side is my favorite.

never a dull moment around here I could use some down time. last night my poison was sparkling wine and I was back home, like a pumpkin, before midnight. so, no hangover and I stayed in bed till 10:30 so I used up my down time I guess.
