A cliche shot

 When my friend K* from Japan came to visit, she needed a new swimsuit, so we stopped at ol’ Fred Meyers ("one stop shopping!") to look for one. K* is Japanese, of course, but she finds it easier to shop for clothes here.

The old cliche has a guy sitting and waiting for his wife, shopping for clothes and holding her purse, emasculated:

I sorta hid the purse on the chair next to me, but I had to hold onto her jacket and a few suimsuits for her, outside the changing room.

What a guy, eh?
