God made him cute for a reason!

I’m talking about my husband here. This morning while he was getting ready for work, I went in and read FireFaerie’s OD and found out she is coming in to spend the night tonight. When I told Dennis, he mentioned that I should move the stockings and bags of candy and stocking stuffers since I had stored them in her room.

I told him I had already figured that out and was planning to move it all to our room and that I was going to clean up our room a little so I’m not just adding to the mess in there. To this he responded: "Well Darlin’ it’s always good to rotate the mess in there at least once a month whether it needs it or not!"

Yup, God made him cute for a reason…so I don’t kick his butt! lol.

So today I am in a race against the clock. I need to finish the cookie packages for the family and get them in the mail today (and pay big bucks to send them priority *sigh*) or they will not get anywhere on time! I just could NOT get myself motivated yesterday, but I should be ok today since I am not working tonight so I don’t have to worry about getting some sleep. I can just take a power nap if I need to and be all set to keep going.

All the decorating is done finally…well, it is since I decided the mailbox was too much trouble to figure out! lol. All we need to do after I get the cookies out is clean clean clean! And we will have two kids home tonight! Yay! That will be nice especially since I don’t have to sleep through the evening and then leave for work.
