Break Me Shake Me Hate Me Take Me Over

Hello my friends, what’s going on this afternoon?  Not much here.  just hanging out, my parents left about a half hour ago and I had to call Cox to see if I could get my internet turned back on.  *sigh*.  I took my cable box back to them yesterday because we turned that service off.  So no more TV.  Just internet from here on out.

blah.  I hate not having the funds to do shit.  Oh and speaking of funds…I called Social Security yesterday to see what was going on with my application.  First of all I was kind of worried because the guy that was trying to find my stuff was like uhmmm hold on…and it seemed like he couldn’t even find me in the system…but then he finally did find me and was like oh yeah…

If you don’t get any mail from us or get a call from us by AUGUST 22ND, then you need to call us back.  *sigh*…fml, really.  August.  So well, at least I have a date.  I mean…it’s two months away.  but still.  That’s two more months of waiting.  blahhhh!  le sigh.  

oh well, what am I going to do?  at least between now and then, I’ll be doing my babysitting thing and the kids are here and the days that I watch all four of them, they give me $75 instead of just $40, so yup, that does help a little bit more, but still.  FML.

My brother is a trip still though.  He was pretty adamant on trying to get my parents to go with them to Las Vegas in August.  My mom was like uhmmmm I don’t think so!  Like I told my parents, unfortunately, Matt & Sharla don’t see past their own front door.  They work and make their own money for themselves, which is great and all, but they don’t see that the rest of us are struggling.

They can’t get that through their heads that I am not working, that Randy is supporting me and that my parents are doing everything imaginable to help us out while also struggling.  I just hope I hear back sooner than August.  Blah.  In other news though, I had FINALLY gotten my cards from the Insurance that I had finally gotten, and was trying to get my stuff sent in for my prescriptions, but I had taken the cards down to Walgreens to see if they accepted the prescription plan that I was under, which they did, but it’s just at a discounted rate…which is still doable…the Topamax is $505 regularly and I paid $93 and the Gabapentin is $164 and I paid $42….well my mom did anyway.

So I have drugs.  lol.  I was almost out completely.  that would have been realllly bad.  So yeah, on Saturday, we went to the Wedding down in Nogales, that was amazing and fun, that’s where that picture above is from.  all dressed up 🙂 there was a tree that was lit up.  it was gorgeous.  The wedding was for Anelis, who we met through my brother.  She and my brother worked together and then we just all became good friends, we played on the softball team together and then we just like adopted eachother lol.  good times yo.

So we did that.  I actually drank a little.  They spared no expense and the liquor was all top shelf stuff so it was deliciousness.  I had several margaritas, which is uncommon because I am not a tequila drinker.  My dad had several rum & cokes and my mom even had a few margaritas lol.  Randy enjoyed the Blue Moon because he’s a beer drinker.  it was an amazing time for sure.  Then when we got back into Town we went to IHOP because we were all hungry by that time.  We got back into town around Midnight or so.

Went to bed once we got home.

Sunday we just kind of chilled because Sharla ended up getting called off.  We were supposed to go over and babysit.  But yeah that worked out.  So we got up, showered, then went to SirVezas for Lunch and I had a GINORMOUS taco salad.  Holy crap that thing was huge.  yikes.  it was delicious.  My mom and dad went to Matt & Sharla’s after that to see the Munchkin and Randy & I went to Walmart and then to Adult Expectations.  We actually looked at the harnesses/strapons there but they’re expensive so he’s like that’s definitely something to buy online lol.

Yeahh..crazyness.  

Anyway, so yup, what did we do after that.  oh yeah we went to Safeway and bought foodage and then we went home.  My back has been killing me these last few days.  OMG, i have like a pulled muscle or something, but it’s right near my spine and it fucking hurts.  I can’t walk around for very long.  after a while my legs start to hurt, ugh.  blah.  

So yeah we finally left safeway and went home and stuff.  Yesterday my mom and I went out and did all the stuff with the meds and went to Cox and then after that we met Randy at Economy Restaurant Supply and bought a couple bowls to toss the wings in, then we went to get some Coconut Milk and more wings.  Had to get money for Rent and Electric then deposit said money.  Then we came home and chilled.  

The wings were amazing, we used all 5 sauces, which were the Lemon Pepper, Garlic Parmesan, BBQ, Honey Garlic Sriracha and the Coconut Curry.  Then we just tossed 7 wings in each sauce and went to town.  It was pretty delicious.  We ate kinda late though so meh.  oh well.  anywho, so that was that.  

The ‘rents left this morning so yep.  Blah.  Uhmmmm yeah.  So we shall see what happens in the next few weeks.  I gotta figure some stuff out.  hrms.  anywhoozle.  take care, have a good one 🙂
