Still no snow!

Not that I am complaining or anything. We got a little bit of snow on New Year’s Eve. It had rained all day long well poured more like it. So of course when we shoveled there was ice underneath. Not as bad as Denver I guess so we will take it. Sorry Jezz, I hope you are beginning to melt under all that snow.

Got most of my Christmas stuff taken down on New Year’s Day. Couldn’t believe I had that much energy. Not sure what got into me since we were at the neighbors until 3 a.m. the morning before. We played alot of games. First we had to watch the Packer’s BEAT the BEARS!!!! Couldn’t believe that and then watch an emotional Brett Favre try and make a decision on wether or not to come back to football. He said he would get back to us in a couple of weeks. I have a feeling it’s not going to be good.

One of the girls at work is moving back to Florida. Today is her last day and one of the other girls is driving back with her to Florida and then flying home. Not anyway I would want to spend my vacation but what am I to say about it. So we will be short two people at work. I am sure that will mean more hours for me. Although he knows I don’t want to work more than 20 hours he won’t schedule two people together much of the time I hope. Then again he probably will. He never asks how many hours we want he just assumes we have to take more during an absence. Which is fine but those people absent want to work 40 hours a week so he schedules them 40 hours a week even though we don’t need them there. Oh well, that is why I am not the boss.

Got one kid home sick today with a cold. Probably be me next week. Sicker than a dog and nobody to work for me. I have worked for so many people there and I know when my time comes they won’t do it for me. I don’t care I will quit. I don’t need that job and if they are going to treat me like crap they can have it.

Court date for the fired girl came up. I keep checking online and nothing really updated. She has another hearing next week. Our company did hire and send an attorney. He should have talked to some of us employees. They wouldn’t have a problem knowing she is worth getting the unemployment. She has hired three attorneys and DOESN’T have a job. But she just wants to win. And she wants to take whoever down with her. I am ready for a fight and I am only going to tell the truth if I get pulled into this. She will be sorry!

I guess I better go make my bed I washed the sheets and eat some lunch before I have to head off to work. I work a couple of hours with the gal who has the last day so I can find out what is really going on. I am sure they will change there plans at the last minute. More drama ahead.
