The Polar Express was wonder-full! They had so much fun. Nelson paid a little more for their seats, but says it was totally worth it. At one point the conductor called Asher up and lifted him out of the window a bit so he could feel the wind. He loved it. Definitely a do again.
My time visiting with the group from our high school church choir singing with with our beloved director was such a special time. At one point we shared communion and it was so very meaningful. And what a beautiful day for travel. I was quite surprised that the traffic wasn’t too bad at all.
Today we worked on finishing the yard lights and inflatables. My husband is such a kid about having lights and decorations up. He would have had me decorating the inside today, too, but I begged of until next weekend.
Oh, and I almost forgot! We bought a no pull harness and I the dogs for a walk, individually, and they’re not kidding. No pulling from the get go. $12 worth of heaven to me. They still walk fast, but they aren’t pulling me the whole way. I’m in absolute love with this product! Can’t hardly wait to go back and buy another one so that I can walk them together. 🙂
Hope you’re having a totally fantastic weekend!
Sounds interesting – a no-pull harness. I’m going to have to look that up! 🙂 So glad the Polar express was fun. I feel like a kid again and would love to take that ride!
