Work/ Harry Potter

All my time seemed to be consumed up by work nowadays. Mon and Tue are my early days but normally I’ll go out with J on one evening and go to see the chinese sinseh on another. Wed to Fri are my late days so I dont really hv time to do other things. During wkends, most of the time I’ll hv to go back to work (got some function) on one day and another day I’ll be out with J. So effectively, all my days are packed.

Tentatively, the 1st wkend of Sep looks promising for a wkend without work. I hope it remains that way. I hv 2 functions on both days on the 2nd wkend and I’m most likely to claim one of my off day on the Fri, so that I can rest.

Work is slowly coming in. I’m being kept occupied but not totally busy. I think I’ve put on some weight since working. Arr. Been siting down in office whole day and all the snacks and tibits….. My office colleagues love snacks and tibits. Just that day, I bought a box of giant pocky and few days later it was gone. Then there was a Fri when I bought a big pack of Hello Panda biscuits, 12 small packets inside. On Mon when I went back to office, there were only 3 packets left. That was amazing considering most of the ppl dont come in to office on Sat and Sun.

I’m reading Harry Potter and The Half-Blood Prince now. Dont really hv the time to sit down and do the proper reading. Just managed a little bit here and there. J borrowed it from the lib. However, he received the book as a birthday present from his colleagues so right now, I dont need to rush to complete the book from lib anymore.

Speaking of his birthday, I got him the "Constantine" dvd. Didnt plan on it actually. I just happened to popped in to a store and saw it. Then somehow I just bought it as a birthday present for him.

Met up with my insurance agent sometime back to discuss abt getting life insurance and some other policies. Am now wondering if I shd take up some investment policies.

Ok, time to go back to Harry Potter.
