From the Heart

The early hours of 18 July.

Will be having my solemnisation soon.

I am excited and yet not excited. Am I making sense? Haha.

I’m not overly excited. Yes, I am calm. My mum always says I’m definitely those kind who wont get a heart attack becoz I seem to take everything in its stride.

I think I’ll be more excited when the time comes for the traditional wedding becoz there will be lots of things to take care and be worried abt. As for the solemnisation, it’s just…. er…. exchanging of vows and signing on the cert.

But of course, the meaning is much deeper. And yes, when I think of the meaning behind the whole thing, I feel myself getting excited.

Becoz when the solemnisation is over, I will be married. Not more ‘me or I’. It’s ‘us or we’.
