寡人是第三年參加此觀賞電影的節目了。自問不懂得欣賞電影，最多只能看電影。於是一直也參加了，希望自己的技術有進步。(雖然這數年以來也沒有)
這一年寡人一次過買了數張戲票。雖然因為有些場次已滿而不能全部想看的都買得齊，幸好也只是少數，總算也叫作不過不失吧。
接連以下數次，寡人會找一些看過的電影來說一說，但因為寡人能力有限，可能只是provide到劇情，不能provide到一些專業手法。希望各位不要介意…
這一篇要說的是TweentyNine Palms。
看這片之前，做了一點點功課，去商務找了一本今屆電影節的書來看(其實想去商務找書，但寡人想找的書未出，咁o岩見到:p)，看見導演說這套片為一套恐怖片。是嗎？看看有多恐怖吧(顯然寡人是不信。)
(因為寡人發覺自己的英文太差，有很多時候也聽不到電影內的英文，所以想在此打一些英文以作訓練，請各位見諒~)
This is a story about a boy and a girl. They go picnic as many lovers will do. This is a love journey. You can find most of the love issues in the journey. 會愛會恨會發脾氣會嬲會o益交會tum番…(還是用中英夾雜好一點，因為寡人驚寡人的英文會令到各位睇唔明=.=)。This is really a normal love story which may happen in anyone.
Except telling the differences between boy and girl, the director has also made that both of them come from different countries, i.e., saying in different languages (and of coz, with different cultures). As a result, this also make them having more arguements, ie, more differences in the point of view.
However, there hasn’t any horror things in the movie.
A normal, usual love story cannot have enough value to be placed in HKIFF. The thing that make it become unusual is the occurence of an accident. While the couples are going back to the hostel, a gang of bandits stopped them from going. These men raped the boy(yes, raped the boy) but leaving the girl stare at it and can do nothing.
This is an impossible issue, right? There is no hints in the movie. The couple are offenseless. Why? Why the director let this thing happened in the movie? I’ve thought for a long time til I read a poster on MTR station while I back home. The poster says “Impossible is Nothing”. Really? If this explains, that is really a tragedy.
After that, the boy is bad-tempered, just like what the girl was having before. Of course, the girl can only put more concern to him now.
So, what is the reason of becoming a horror film? Here is. Suddenly, the boy kill the girl without any sign. The film is showing how he kill the girl with angry and fierce. He’s mad. Maybe it is the reason of his self-respect, or more (which i cannot tell) since he just think that this will only happen in girl, never happen in him. Lastly, the boy commit suicide.

They just want to have a happy love journey. They just want to simply being together without anything. The starting point and the things they want to get is so simple, but they have a so bad ending. Is that the real meaning that the director want the audiences to know and to get? If so, I think i will become more sad.
(這套戲常利用定鏡的方法把移動的東西從近至遠展示出來。這個方法是甚麼？寡人不曉得，但是寡人記得這是一種特別的拍攝手法。)
寡人的英文實在太弱，從睇電影節的電影已證實了此點。但請各位原諒。如有任何用詞失當or grammatical mistakes, 請多多包涵。謝謝大家到來觀賞。
