More Track

The city high school track championships were held Friday and my teams girls won first place by about 30 points and my team, the boys team, we won by only 2 points.  It was all tied up between us and Bryan Station High School and the last race would determine who the winner was overall.  The last race was the 4x400m relay, and I am in that relay.  We took second place in the 4×400 to Tates Creek who got first in that, Bryan Station fell just short of us about 10 meters or so, it was such sweet bliss.

I set a new personal record by running an official time of 54.88 seconds in the 400 meter dash, so I was hyped up about that.  🙂  Now that’s not great or anything but for me it’s awesome.

I am so bored here in study hall, I hate this, there’s nothing to do, I have no homework to speak of that I need done right now anyways. 

Well I am going to Winchester tonight to play some more basketball, that’s definitly a good thing, something interesting to do.  I am pretty hungry too, so I’m gonna sneak off campus like I usually do to go get something to eat better then cafetaria food.  Ya know, in my entire 4 years here at Dunbar, I have not once eaten from the cafetaria, not one time did I ever go through the lunch lines.  I’ve only stepped foot in the caeftaria maybe about 6-7 times total the whole 4 years I’ve been here.  🙂  That’s says a lot about what I think of it huh.

I found out Thursday of last week that I got a proficient on my portafolio, which was just what I wanted.  Me and my friend Barrett have the two lowest grades in the class, yet we were the only two in the class to get proficient’s on the portfolio, everyone else got apprentice, that is funny stuff.  Pathetic too, but oh well, my grade is so low in there only because I never do my homework for the most part, nor do I ever study for tests or quizes, I’m lazy.
