Can’t Sleep
So we randomly got a new dog today. Her name is Belle she is white..3 months old. She’s half shih tzu half the weiner dog I think. I don’t know how to spell it. She isn’t weird looking tho she is wicked cute. She is half the size of my cat. I’m really upset right now. My sweating is getting bad. I have a lot of homework. Anxiety. I’m going to start going to a therapist because it makes me like..wanna shut myself in my room and never see anyone. I don’t know. This isn’t fun. I mean its not THAT bad…its just more annoying than anything. I have that butterflies feeling in my stomach like I’m nervous but I don’t know why and I hate it..it’s because of that I can’t fall asleep.
I have anxiety issues too. It’s rough…sometimes you need to just let your mind take a rest and do something or watch something or read something that keeps your mind occupied and challenged just enough to stimulate you and distract you from the fear but not so much that it gets your mind going again..something that is soothing and relaxing you know. I like to watch the travel channel.

hey-just wanted to let you know that there is a Sherlock Holmes episode on right now on WETA (?) …for me here in Maryland USA it is and with basic cable with a just a few extra premium channels , it is on channel number 26. I do not know where you are..oh I see, Maine..but I do not know if it is on your tv now or what..I guess WETA is like the PBS channel? But see if you can fine it..
