Motivated to Kick My Ass
Whenever I come home I’m motivated to ‘live’. This involves eating right, exercising, having an active social life, trying new things, etc. however, with school and work, it gets hard to do this. I really wanna get in shape. Just because I’m skiny doesn’t mean I’m in shape. I wanna tighten up and tone up. I’ve gone for 2 runs since I’ve been home. Not that that will do anything, but I already feel in in my leg muscles. God knows those toothpicks need it. I also have a really bad habit of eating when I’m bored. And then when I start eating I can’t stop until I’m all bloated and in pain. I hate that I do it. Maybe I should exercise instead. I wanna be healthy now so I’m healthy when I’m older cause we all know I will even be lazier then, so I have to force myself to do it now.
