Productive Monday here I come!
I swear, it is amazing how well my meds clear my head. I took them late yesterday afternoon and by the evening I was able to eat a "healthy" meal and do a bunch of reading for my classes. I hate how I feel on the weekends, but I’ve been drinking on the weekend nights and meds get pushed from my head while in a drunken state. I shouldn’t be drinking so much probably, but oh well for now.
Now the week begins. I like the weekdays so much better. I have a set schedule. I have things to keep myself busy and productive. It feels so good to be productive!
I wasn’t able to fall asleep last night until around 215am. Drove me crazy. I should’ve been able to crash. And now, I’ve been awake since 745am, just because my body woke up automatically. Silly body!
My goal for today is to NOT purge. Luckily, I don’t think I will have an opportunity to be alone at all today. I’ll be out being productive all afternoon. Gotta refill my prescriptions, get blood tested, talk to various people about switching from the communications school to the arts & sciences school (the recorder, my current film professor and my new art history advisor) and then I’ve got my Early Renaissance class to go to. Lots of errand running around campus! (Think of all those cals I can burn….damn the ED side of me!)
I also planned out a meal plan for myself today that I am going to try really adhere to:
Breakfast:
egg beater omelette – 60
toast – 70
apple- 80
Lunch:
chicken vegetable soup – 140
snack:
grapes – 60
Dinner:
veggie burger – 150
spinach – 60
apple – 80
700
Hm…maybe if I’m still hungry I’ll add in a possible snack of yogurt (60) and toast (35)…so there is a possibility of a cal count of 800.
My nutritionist wants me to work up to 1000/day this week. I’ll work on getting that high, just not today.
Okay, I’m off today!

WE CAN DO IT!

Thanx for the note! It feels good to think positive for once. Sometimes I just get bogged down by all my negative thoughts n it takes a while to see the light at the end of the tunnel, but you’ve helped me to see it:o). Thanks for keeping positive! TakeCare
