“We’re still very much in love, but….”
I’ve been Affianced to an amazing man for 2 months past a year. I still love him as fiercely as I did back then, and he me, but some of that sparky electricity and desperate love feeling is declining a little. Don’t get me wrong, we’re still very much in love, but it’s not new, exciting, butterflies in your belly kind of love.
and the bad part of this is….
WE’RE NOT EVEN MARRIED YET!!!!

You know, it doesn’t have to happen that way. Carol and I look for ways to break out of our routines, and it adds dimension to our relationship. I’ve even started doing one of her hobbies (knitting) and it has made it all the more fun to be around one another.
