I am going crazy. I don’t have a plan for my future. What should I do?

Yesterday I drove all around for my mom, Sunday we did shopping. I spent most of the day shopping, My brother and my mother had to go. So we each had a carrage. We went to 4 or 5 stores. Yesterday my mom and I went to 3 stores. Today we went to 5 or 6 stores for my brother’s friend. And I had to bring my brother to a DR’s apt. Oh Monday I brought my brother to one. And tomorrow I’ll be bringing him to another. I’m exausted right now. My children won’t let me be for more then 30 seconds at a time and MY HEAD HURTS!
