Still lurking about…

I have not dropped off the face of the Earth, just been busy enjoying life.

LadyWife and I celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary in Venice, Italy in November.  We spent some time looking at properties there, as it’s looking to become our ultimate choice for permanent relocation.  The pace suits us, and we even enjoy acqua alta!

The anniversary dinner was amazing.  We enjoyed Barolo vintages from the year we met, the year we became engaged, and the year we married.  All have aged beautifully, and cellared well.

Our youngest dog, Fiorello, turned one year old while we were there, his second trip to Italy.  He’s an amazing traveler, and actually enjoys flying more than humans.  He settles in at our feet and pretty much sleeps for the entire flight.

The New York Post continues their legacy of brilliant front pages with their Megxit coverage.  When the marriage was big news, we couldn’t understand the fuss.  If you want to see an inbred ginger bastard marry a mulatto, all you have to do is go to Alabama on any given weekend.

@kaliko Very few countries have quarantine requirements anymore.  He does have his EU pet passport, and has to have various health forms proving he’s micro-chipped, his vaccines are up-to-date, etc.
