Getting started can be the hardest part

I run 3 KM every morring. evry time ,the first 300 M is hard for me, i know that’s is my muscl stress response,Once my body adjusted to the rhythm of the run, the rest of the distance felt easy.

For many people, getting started can be the hardest part. Whether it’s starting a new project, a new job, or even just getting up in the morning, taking that first step can seem daunting. It’s easy to fall into a pattern of procrastination, making excuses and avoiding tackling tasks until we absolutely have to. But why is it so hard to get started?
