Abbagooday
It’s a sunny and clear morning here in the south…. It is COVID graduation day for Dez today. She graduated back in June from the University of West GA with a Bachelor’s in English (with honors I might add). And they recently decided to plan a safe outdoor graduation. She’s making her own celebration meal (enchiladas) and dessert (peach cobbler).
My son’s boss refused to schedule his day off for today. He has done this EVERY. SINGLE.TIME he has asked for a day off. I don’t know what is up with this guy, but I’m tempted to go give him a Sicilian Mama come to Jesus moment. Now that I can drive, I’m going up there to eat soon and perhaps often. Get to know this guy. We’ll see. They have outdoor seating. 🙂
Anyway, chickee’s I’m loving today. I’m in a good mood, can you tell?

So happy for Dez and her accomplishments. I hope that the outdoor graduation is indeed safe. She deserves to have a graduation. Enchiladas and peace cobbler sounds yummy. As for your son’s boss, give him all you’ve got, a Sicilian Mama come to Jesus moment. Have a great weekend!
