Ugh.
Just got out of the meeting with my employee and her evil bitch ass union rep.
I mean seriously, this little old woman needs to get a life.
First, she wouldn’t shake hands OR say her name. She handed us a card.
Right, thanks you crazy lunatic.
She proceeded to try and turn the meeting into an interrogation, which I quickly shot down and she proceeded to tell me that "I didn’t know what I was doing" and I said "Well, actually I do."
and then she shut up and it was over in 2 more minutes.
Crazy bitch.
She even tried to force me to give her an answer immediately…. but yeah… NO.
I’m glad that’s over with. I hope I never have to look at that grizzly old bitchy cuntrep again.
