I’m so glad it’s finally Wednesday. I can see the light at the end of the tunnel!!!!

I was thinking last night *ouchie*, that we should just not have to do ANYTHING during winter. It’s just so cold and it’s just perfect weather to stay inside and be productive with family life. I get inspired to cook and you can decorate your house and every home should have a fireplace so you can light fires every day and it should jsut totally be a break from life.

I’d be so down with that.

I just HATE getting up in the morning and it’s like getting out from underneath my covers is entering a damn deep freezer.

My house is REALLY COLD.

Wooden floors and a big open window in the kitchen and any remote sense of keeping heat inside is lost. We need to get curtains ASAP. I’m going to go this weekend to get some heaters because we only have ONE and it’s just not working. I put about 5 blankets on each of my kids last night. The poor dears.

We are getting to the two weeks till Christmas mark. I wanted to thin kof something fun for my kids to do. I’m hoping Jacob brings home one of those little chain thingies that you take off a chain for every day until you reach christmas. That would be fun.

God I wish I was crafty and cute.

I suck at all that.

I can’t think of anything else to write. I think my brain got frozen and it’s still defrosting.

I’m sure I’ll come back later.

For those who care, I did start writing on a story last night. Not the one I was writing for Nano because I can’t find the hook that will drag me into it yet. It’s on the backburner.

No, I’ve started on the second book after Trigger and it thrills me.

Wooden floors are all pretty and crud, but suck during the winter. When I had them I wore about 3 pairs of socks at all times.

I despise that cold house feeling too. Ugh! I wish I could figure out how to program my thermostat properly so I would wake up in an oven every winter morning.

LOL! Woman you are hailarious! And WOOHOO for me being able to tell when Christmas is, and having the two week mark till it down pat! 🙂 (That’s what I was thinking on it today!) Tell me I’m not gettin’ good! And yeah, little count down thingys like that are cute! I also wish I had something like that, but since I don’t, then

I have to settle for the count down thing I have here on my diary! But yeah, it’d be neat to have something like that! The last apartment that I’d resided in, (with Jason), wasn’t all that insulated either! (So it was really easy for that place to get cold!) (It didn’t tend to hold the heat very well!) And even when we did have the heat on you could still feel a draft somewhere!

(Not with this apartment though!) We could turn the heat on here and even after we’ve either turned it down or turned it off we can STILL feel the heat holding on and only gradually dies down a few hours afterward! So it’s not hard to tell this place is well insulated and can keep the heat when it’s supposed to! (And half the time we only use one heater!) Cause that’s all that’s really needed!

So I wish you luck in aquiring the adequate heat for y’all! (And I’d still cuddle up in blankets anyway cause ya know me! The Blanket Fiend! 😉 😛 ) Lol.
