smothering the baby
So.. today is "beat yourself up day!"…
I feel like I talk about babies too much to Baboo.
last night we talked about them, but he was a little tipsy and wasn’t quite as rigid about it. He’s like "So are you gonna give me a boy and a girl?"
LOL… Now I have pressure to spit out twins!
It’s not gonna happen.
but it would be hilarious if it did.
I know I whine and moan about wanting a baby NOW, but there really is a rational side to it all.
I know that when I do have my next child, I want to have at least 3 months at home with them. At least 2 of those months should be 100% pay… if I save up my sick time and my vacation time next year, I could really pull that off.
That means I can’t get pregnant in February.. or March… Even April is a little too soon. So it will be May or June when we could even begin to think about it.
Couple that with the fact that I want teh Divorce FINISHED and over with and possibly married before we put a bun in the oven… it jus tmoves everything DOWN.
I hate thinking about it, but i need to STOP thinking about it. ha ha.
We want to do this as easily as possible. and me being home for at least 3 months (hell, 4 would be better!) would be amazing. In the past I’ve had to leave my kids at 2 months old and it sucks and it’s horrible!
blah…
so i need to just stop thinking about it.
I mean, if we had an accident THAT WOULD BE AWESOME.
But yeah. i’m driving my poor boyfriend crazy.
i know it.
sigh.
i’m going insane. i just had to take a call from some crazy woman who wanted me to know stuff that I just… don’t know.
i’m so getting a spicy chicken bowl.
RIGHT NOW!!!!!
Ah Canada, we get a YEAR at home with the baby, though only at 66% pay, but we can supplement with 25% of the 66% in hours of paid work. Does that make sense? Probably not, I am a bit beyond tired today.

I need to move to Canada and get preggers. A whole year off.. that would be awesome. Enjoy your lunch.

I agree. Looks like we all need to move to Canda and make babies! Wee! Haha, who am I kidding? I don’t need a little one yet!!

… though he or she would be the freakin’ cutest! lol 😉

I have the same problem…after the miscarrage thats all I talked about. Wish I could have a YEAR off.

if you do have an accident, you should name him “spicy chicken bowl”

Ugh, this entry made me go on a tirade to my boyfriend about how much I do not want to live in the United States anymore.

nothing wrong with talking about having babies. I’m just glad he’s open to it. A lot of guys are too immature to do so these days.
Warning Comment
Sounds like a good plan to me. Maybe we can have babies at the same time. 😀

You still have lots of time. Take a deep breath eat a spicy chicken bowl or two and relax! Lots of times there is stuff I just don’t know too. Practice makes perfect, so start practicing to have that baby, haha.

How goes the divorce craziness?

Lol on the spicy chicken bowl comment^^ If that were the case I’d need to name my oldest daughter budweiser Mc Frosty fries.

Lol you’re too funny.

If we name our babies after what we ‘crave’ often- this baby should be named- Egg Drop Soup or Sizzling Rice Soup (hell, Chinese would just about sum it up)… OR… lately… BBQ Chicken. Mmm… *drools*

Mmm.. Spicy chicken bowl. =) I hope everything works out for the best with your new boyfriend, and your possible bun in the oven. I personally think that mothers should get a much, much longer amount of time off when they have their babies.. but hell, fathers should too.. they love their kids as well! Lol..but don’t push it, it’ll happen when it’s supposed to, that’s for sure. =)
