The things that should not be!

Waking in Pain,

Waking from nightmares,

Waking from cramps

Waking on the wrong side of the bed.

We say these as though we can control them, which we cannot, we can no more control our dreams than we can control the things that have already happened, Dreams specifically are the brains way of organising the day, but what about repetitive dreams. Maybe they are the brain’s internal warming system telling you that if you continue on “This Path”, the outcome is already decided?  Likewise nightmares are just the brain unjumbling and rejumbling occurrences. According to many Psychology texts, Trauma and PTSD cause nightmares, and stress and anxiety heighten it.

Whilst there is nothing we can do, we can try and reduce stress in our day to day lives. In my case, therapy long term may help. But finding a therapist that isn’t reading a damn script might be helpful. If I never see another therapy session with 8 worksheets it will still be too soon.

On another note:

I am still feeling DUMB, the noise pollution here is literally making me dumb. I am sure if I took an IQ test it would be nowhere near what it used to be! is it reversable, I don’t know, but what I do know is it isn’t Early onset Alzheimer’s !!
