Choosing coyotes over traffic

Last night I took Tank with me to an old historic cemetery out in the country to see the line of planets in the sky. Creepy, I know, but it was a place I figured I could see them the clearest. I didn’t have binoculars, unfortunately, but I saw the planets Mecurey, Venus, and Jupitar. I downloaded a stargazing app which displayed the line of planets when I pointed it to the sky. I did my best to try to experience a once in my lifetime astrological event.  The coyotes were a bit too close for comfort but their yapping and howling echoing in the night reminded me of the vastness of space to where I live. For me, I prefer acres of land filled with crops and prairie grass and seeing millions of stars cover the night sky over skyscrapers and constant loud traffic. And people. Too many people.

I fell asleep halfway through writing this so I don’t remember what else I wanted to say.

Speaking of people, I’m watching my nieces and nephew wrestle today at the community College and since wrestling is a popular sport in this town next to football and basketball, it will be a lot. Think of me. 😉
