Has my heart grown fonder?

How do you fill on an entire year in 15 minutes?
How do you spread your arms and give the world a hug?

Too many things have happened since I turned the light out on this room and shut the door.
…Alot of my favorite people don’t live here anymore.

I have been promoted and promoted and promoted. I speak French all the time. I have been named Artistic Director of a Theatre Company. I have learned to become more responsible artistically. (We have more fun that way) I am still scatterbrained. I just finished directing a company of actors. The show had a nice review but I still think I could have worked harder,done better.

I left Wil for good 14 months ago. I learned to speak my mind. I’ve learned not to bury my head in the sand. I stood face to face with a skunk and lived to tell the tale. I have fallen in love four times. Three out of Four, a heart got broken. I found forever in the face of an old acquaintance. I went to my first Luau. There probably won’t be a second Luau. I’ve developed a taste for Irish Cream in my morning coffee. I still laugh with my belly. My hair is longer. My eyes are still green.

How do I put it all together in a few short sentences?
Can you pick up where you left off? Or are you forced to start again?

I have something to say all of a sudden.
and somewhere to say it.
