The Quiet

I decided to post here to see what it feels like now. I’ve been away posting elsewhere for a while. I love it at my new spot. It was great to reconnect with my OD friends there, but because there are so many people on the new site, it feels a little overwhelming. OD felt quieter. Calmer. And more peaceful. The spam is kind of like a buffer in a way.

I imagine the new site I’m at must be comparative to how God feels getting millions of prayers from millions of people, different topics, issues, complaints, concerns, goals, relationships and struggles. It’s overwhelming and after a while I can’t handle the noise.

OD ends up feeling like home. A calm quiet place.
