I GOT THE JOB!!

And promptly sent my resignation letter to the owner of the restaurant upon receiving the job offer. My last day as manager at my restaurant will be July 2nd (giving me "plenty of time to prepare for my new position" ie GO ON VACATION FOR THE FOURTH OF JULY BECAUSE I CAN NOW!!!)

I requested that I am allowed to stay on one or two nights per week as a server or bartender and also said that I’d be willing to aide in any training if they want me to.

I’m so excited!!

Now to celebrate with a Twins game! Also: thanks to everyone who crossed their appendages for me!!! Especially to you, perfunctory, (why can’t I remember your first name right now?!) for only crossing the appropriate ones. lol.
