Guess the Song by the Lyrics

So, the title is pretty self-explanatory. I’ll post lyrics from the first random 25 songs on my iPod and you all leave me notes if you know the song’s title and artist (some of these have been covered many times, so if you can, give me the original artist).  No cheating and using Google, either, ok? So here goes…
