Whoa.

So my mother calls last night at 9pm. My mother calling me wasn’t strange, the 9pm part was.

"Joe, do you remember Jenn?"

"My exgirlfriend?"

"Yes, she killed someone while driving drunk"

 I just couldn’t believe what I was hearing, I turned to news 12 on the t.v. and nothing was on, then I searched the news12.com website and there it was. The ugly mugshot, the gruesome details, her being led away in chains. All in all I just feel horrible for her considering she was just really getting her life together in the direction she wanted, working on a 2nd masters degree, working full time as a teacher in NYC.

I thought about this all day today, she was never a D & D’er when we were together so it just strikes me as so odd.
