Cooking 4 Dummies ~ personal pizza’s

This is probably one of the easiest recipes you’ll find for pizza.

Ingredients:

English Muffins (split)
pepperoni
pizza sauce
shredded mozzerella cheese.

Pre heat oven to 350degrees.

Take English muffins and lay them flat on cookie sheet with center’s facing up. Spread a spoonful of sauce on each open face. Pinch of cheese on each open face. 3 – 4 pepperoni slices on each open face.

Bake in oven until cheese is melted and golden.

Enjoy.

This is something my mom used to make me when I was little before there were boboli pizza crusts etc. It was easy for her as a single mom, and it is always something kids will eat. Not to mention adults as well, Justin seems to have really like them.

Hint: Try not to buy flavored English Muffins like Sourdough or anything. Just old fashioned english muffin’s. We buy the generic brand of muffins, sauce, and cheese, (we only have one brand of pepperoni at our store) and it always tastes great.
