Does this not scare anyone else?

I’m up listening to MSNBC News channel and of course the big topic is the War in Lebenon. Yes Isreal is calling it a full fledge war. The news station reports that Isreal seems to be waiting for Canada and the US to say.. Ok we have our civilians you can full blown attack Lebenon. It seems very much the way the news channel is stating it that Isreal is making sure that they don’t kill their allies people, and once we give the ok they plan to destroy the rest of the country. WHY is the US not doing anything? I realize Bush f’d up by giving Isreal the means to defend itself against Palistine, but damn why Lebanon. Why let Isreal do this? Ohh wait Isreal is in “danger” from Hiza.. yea him, and his bombs. Um, Isreal started this, Lebenon didn’t attack them yes they’ve been in “peace” negotiation for what seems like an entire lifetime, but what the hell is Isreal’s idea to suddenly just starting a war. Isn’t Isreal part of the UN? To actually declare war on a country don’t you have to have the approval of the UN?

And then Bush’s comment to the Prime Minster of the UK.. ok hello that only shows you want Isreal to destroy Lebenon. I’m sorry but Isreal shouldn’t be doing this, and what makes it worse is that it seems with Bush’s silence (other than his comment that got caught) on the matter only makes me as an American believe my president supports war.

He’s a war monger, and he’s not even finished with Iraq, we can’t afford to put more troops in the middle east to help Isreal (although I do believe the US should stop Isreal and help Lebenon, by simply telling Isreal it went to far). It is bad enough we have National Guard troops in Iraq (those are the guys supposed to be guarding the US while the rest of the Military branches go to “wars”. We are still losing men (and women) in Iraq on a daily basis, what the hell.

I want a new president, and I don’t want our VP either.

Edited part: As I watch more than just two hours, MSNBC is finally getting to explain who is what and what is going on. Ok, what I see needs to be done is that the Lebenon Democratic government that is set up needs to get with Isreal to get the militant group in south lebenon in check, the militant group (from what I understand) is not government supported by the Lebenese government. Part of the problem is the world leaders in that area as well as the american leaders are afraid of repeating what happened with Bin Laden and his group, they don’t want to create a new terrorist group, which they currently are not. AHA, Im getting some understanding. Now I’m curious as to what the Lebenon government is doing..

Also someone explain to me why Saudi Arabia is who Bush is going to, to discuss this with? That was an odd statement, should the president be doing what Secretary Rice is doing?
