sleet, uneat, ice, and snow

Well Im finally being told that I get to experience a REAL Missouri winter, unlike last years 1/2 inch of snow at one time winter. We got a good inch – inch and a half last night when if finally decided to turn to snow instead of the sleet that was tinking on my windows. Didn’t take long to build up a prestine winter blanket on my town and it was about 4am before the street scraper and salter came through and drove streets into the blanket.

Of course now that we NEED ice salt the QT’s are all out of it.. blah, I tried telling Justin when I first saw it at QT, that we would need it this winter. I almost proved him right tonight for when we went out to gather up our friend Spence to hang out this evening, I almost went right down the front stairs on my bum. Weeee whoa!

I had to run off to do other errands and when I came back, I basically forgot what else I was going to say, so for now that’s it.
