Dance concert…

So today was the last day of the Fall ’03 dance concert, here at Manhattanville College… Well, opening night went well… and that’s where it ended.  Friday and Saturday were snowed out, and an extra show was added for Sunday evening.  This morning, no one wanted to dance, and, we lost 3 dancers.  Dana got pnemonia… supposedly… but we won’t get into that… Lauren tripped down the stairs in the theatre 45 minutes before the show and hardcore sprained her ankle, and Shyerelle was very sick, and they all, obviously could not perform.  Dana and Shyerelle were each only in one piece, but Lauren is front and center in 2 pieces.  It’s a damn good thing that thursday’s show was the one that was tapped… On top of losing dancers, there were a lot of us dancing on injuries, liek me for instance with my “sprained” toe… alot of toe injuries actually… And ofcourse, in the evening show, I fell and busted my knee while on stage.  Go me, right?

But at least I get thursday’s show on video… hehe
