We made an offer on a house on Tuesday night. It had just come on the market that afternoon, in fact, after we had already wrote an offer for a different house.
By last night, the sellers had four OTHER offers, but.. they picked ours!!
We’re scheduling an inspection for this weekend and will be moving in sometime around September 16.
If I was any more excited, I’d be jumping out of my skin.
