It snowed this weekend. It snowed a lot. Six inches or so, in an area that normally doesn’t get any snow most years and maybe an inch here or there.
It was supposed to snow more today, but didn’t, and was very cold (okay, not compared to say, Minnesota, but it’s cold for us!). This means the ground melted half the snow and then froze it all. Every road in the area has inches of snow and inches of ice, all packed together.
Fuck.
I only live one mile from work, but I’m still not sure how I’m going to get there in the morning. I keep checking our weather hotline but everytime I do they keep telling me that work is open.
Fuck.
